Controversial Statement Disappeared from the Trump/Pence Campaign Website

Statement on controversial policy disappears from website shortly after election

In December 2015 Donald Trump suggested total ban on Muslim migrants
The promise has suddenly disappeared from the Trump/Pence website

Donald Trump's controversial plan for a total ban on Muslim immigrants may have been dropped already after the statement mysteriously vanished from his website.
The statement: 'Donald J. Trump is calling for a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on' had been on the site since December.
But hours after he was confirmed as the 45th U.S. President it suddenly disappeared.

Trump is due to visit Barack Obama at the White House today to discuss a 'smooth transition of power'.

The outgoing President traditionally updates the President-Elect on important foreign affairs issues and confidential matters of national security, aswell as handing out a few crumbs of advice.
Obama might be tempted to go further and urge Trump to drop a few more of his more left-field ideas, such as the wall along the southern border, paid for by the Mexicans themselves.

Khizr Khan, whose son, Humayun Khan was one of 14 American Muslims who died serving in the U.S. Army in the 10 years after the 9/11 attacks, took Donald Trump to task after he proposed a ban on Muslims entering the U.S.

Trump had said in the statement on his website: 'Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life.'

But it appears Trump may have now realized the total ban on Muslims - which had been criticized for being racist and xenophobic - was not practical.

It had also failed to recognize that some Islamic terrorists, like Omar Mateen, who killed 49 people at a gay nightclub in Florida in June, were themselves born in the United States and the ban would not have prevented their violent acts.

Among those who had spoken out against it was the Muslim Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan.

But the ban on Muslims had been popular with many Trump supporters, especially in the Midwest and in the Bible belt.
As the campaign progressed Trump had retreated from the ban, saying he wanted a ban on immigration from countries 'with connections to terrorism', rather than Muslims specifically.

But while that statement was probably targeted at refugees from Syria and Iraq, others argued that countries 'with connections to terrorism' could include France, Belgium and even Britain, as all have been 'infected' by Islamist terrorist cells.

Donald Trump says Bastian Schweinsteiger's wife Ana Ivanovic is the "most beautiful woman ever"

Quotes from three years ago have resurfaced following Trump's shock election as the 45th president of the United States of America

Newly-elected US president Donald Trump claimed that Bastian Schweinsteiger's wife Ana Ivanovic is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen.

Trump, 70, made the comment three years ago during a meeting with Ivica Dacic, who was the prime minister of Serbia at the time.

He said of Ivanovic: "She is the most beautiful woman I have seen in my life. Simply the most beautiful."
Trump was elected as the 45th president of the United States on Wednesday morning.

Ivanovic is married to United star Schweinsteiger

The Republican has never held a political post before and was in Serbia three years ago to discuss potential business investments in the country.
Dacic, who is now the Minister of Foreign Affairs, said: "For 15 minutes all he talked about was Ana Ivanovic and how she was the most beautiful tennis player and woman in the world."
Ivanovic, 29, who is married to Manchester United midfielder Schweinsteiger, 32, met Trump in 2014 and posed for a photo with him.

She posted on social media: "Meeting with the boss".
Local journalists asked Dacic why Trump had such a positive attitude about Serbia and he replied: "Ana is the one to take credit, he is fascinated with her beauty."
The quotes have since been republished in Serbia following the election results.

PROPHETESS BABA VANGA, HER PREDICTIONS ON US 44TH & 45TH PRESIDENT, AND MORE

Blind Bulgarian clairvoyant who predicted 9/11 and Islamic State's rise to power, warned Barack Obama will be the 'last US president'

The blind psychic who predicted 9/11 and the rise of Islamic State has also forecast that Barack Obama would be the 'last US president'.

Baba Vanga, who was known as the 'Nostradamus from the Balkans', predicted correctly that the 44th President would be African-American.

But it's unclear what the Bulgarian-born Prophet - who died in 1996 aged 85, and who had an alleged prediction success rate of 85 per cent – meant when she said Obama would also be the last, Prophecies reports.

Obama technically remains president until Donald Trump is sworn in on January 20, 2017.

Baba Vanga prophesied that the 44th US president would be black and he would be 'the last one'. She went on, saying that at the time of his stepping into office, there would be a spectacular economic crisis.

'Everyone will put their hopes in him to end it, but the opposite will happen; he will bring the country down and conflicts between north and south states will escalate,' she said.

However, she also spoke of a Messianic personality, but left few clues to help recognise this 'peacemaker' who in her words 'will sign the lasting peace'.

Vanga is said to have made hundreds of predictions in her lifetime, including that there would be a 'great Muslim war' which would start with the Arab Spring in 2010.

She predicted it would take place in Syria and would come to a conclusion in 2043 with the establishment of a caliphate with Rome at its centre.

Vanga reportedly said Europe will 'cease to exist' by the end of next year, leaving the continent 'almost empty' and a 'wasteland almost entirely devoid of any form of life'.
The chilling prophecy has alerted conspiracy theorists who highlight ISIS activity close to Europe in Libya.
Vanga's followers say she predicted the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami by foreseeing a 'huge wave' which would 'cover a big coast covered with people and towns, and everything will disappear beneath the water.'
In 1989 the mystic is said to have made reference to the 9/11 terror attacks on New York by claiming 'American brethren' would be attacked by 'two steel birds'.
Some suggest this was a reference to the two hijacked passenger jets that were flown in to the World Trade Center.

She is also alleged to have predicted the effects of climate change 60 years ago by warning that polar ice caps would melt and cause sea levels to rise.
Vanga was born in the village of Strumica at the foot of a mountain range in what was the Ottoman Empire.
She is believed to have lost her eyesight during storm when she was picked up in a fierce gust of wind and dumped back down on the ground.
Vanga later claimed she had the ability to look into the future and quickly developed a 'cult' following.
In later years, she became trusted by the rich and famous with even heads of state and powerful politicians from around the world seeking her opinions.

She also warned of the effects of climate change by suggesting 'cold regions will become warm... and volcanoes will awaken.'
'Everything will melt, just like ice,' she added.

LOOKING IN TO THE FUTURE
Vanga made predictions for the next few centuries before she died. Highlights include her warnings that aliens will help civilisations live underwater by 2130 and that there will be a war on Mars in 3005.
In another apocalyptic message, she said everything on earth will die by 3797 - but that by this stage humans should be capable of moving to a new star system.
