Kim Kardashian squeezes her most famous asset into a VERY tight, sheer pencil skirt for a trip to her local cosmetic treatment centre with mother Kris

She's known for her curvy derriere.

But Kim Kardashian certainly doesn't let her ample posterior get in the way of her fashion sense, as she proved while wearing an extremely tight pencil skirt while out in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

The mother-of-one poured her impressive post-baby body into the forest-green skirt, which she teamed with a stomach-baring grey cropped T-shirt.

Sheer: The skirt also turned slightly see-through under the photographers' flashbulbs

Finishing off her look, Kim added a pair of strappy nude sandals, and left her blonde hair loose and straight. 

Kim chose the outfit as she enjoyed a day of mother-daughter bonding alongside Kris Jenner - although the pair chose a somewhat unusual entertainment for their day out. 

Kim and Kris were seen heading to a cosmetic treatment centre together on Wednesday.

Kris has certainly been candid about the fact that she has had some help maintaining her youthful looks, even famously undergoing a facelift on her reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians but it is  unclear if she had any work done during her latest appointment.

Meanwhile Kim posted a picture of herself earlier this year after she underwent a 'vampire' facial.

The pair may have been looking into minimally invasive procedures as the office specialises in treatments including laser technology, Botox and dermal fillers such as Radiesse, Juvéderm and Restylane.

On an episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami in March this year, Kim was seen undergoing the 'Vampire Facelift' procedure.

It involves extracting two teaspoons of blood from the patient's arm and then injected back into the patient's face.

It is considered one of the most sought-after procedure after Botox and fillers.

After posing the picture, Kim wrote: 'Ow, that hurts so bad!' as blood streamed down her face.

Later in the day on Wednesday, Kim was then spotted nipping into a store to stock up on beauty products in a large shopping basket. 

Meanwhile, Kris sported huge sunglasses and carried a tan bag as she left the centre. 

She also wore a trendy green leather jacket and sported diamond studs in her ears. 

In the wake of her split from her 22-year marriage to Olympic champion Bruce, Kris appears to have hardly aged a day.

In 2011, she spoke on Australian radio about her decision to have a face lift ahead of Kim's wedding to Kris Humphries that year.

'I did have a little freshening up,' Kris revealed.

'Well after Kim used to start calling me "gobble, gobble", at Thanksgiving. I mean that's nice, isn't it,' she added sarcastically.
