But Kim Kardashian fell victim to a clumsy bodyguard as she shot scenes for Keeping Up With The Kardashians in Studio City, California, on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old star, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, was seen wincing in pain after her bodyguard accidentally stepped on her foot outside her mother Kris Jenner's management offices.

Moving on: The security guard quickly turned to check that Kim was ok, before the star made her way into her mother's management offices

Quickly realising what he had done, the security guard raised his hand up in apology for the accident, before turning to check that pregnant Kim was not hurt.
But Kim put the game face on and put the error behind her as she made her way into the offices, looking chic in a stylish maternity ensemble.
The skirt featured a zip from top to bottom, which Kim was obviously a little worried about - keeping a close hand on the zipper to make sure it did not come inadvertently undone.
