agency for gaining 'far too much weight', pictured in a 2011 episode of
The Biggest Loser
According to TMZ, the online marketing firm - which owns ILoveKickboxing.com - had backed the Biggest Loser competitor to represent them in the media.
Part of their agreement included Costa keeping under a certain weight as she made public appearances and posed for photo shoots.
FCOM claims that she re-gained ‘far too much weight’ in 2011 for them to continue using her as a brand ambassador - which followed a guest appearance she made that same year on The Biggest Loser where she weighed in at 161lbs, a full 22lbs heavier than in 2009.
Before and after: Tara lost a whopping 155lbs on The Biggest Loser Season 7 in 2009
High point: When the then 19-year-old joined The Biggest Loser she topped the scales at 316lbs
According to FCOM, Costa was given $45,000 to use her likeness and image by the marketing company.
For her alleged breach of contract FCOM is suing for an unspecified amount in damages.
But Tara appears to have recently re-shed the weight, if her Twitter pictures are anything to go by.

lighter after stint on the weight loss competition, pictured in New

The former plus-size model tipped the scales at 316 pounds after an out of control daily diet of 'chicken wings, a pint of ice cream, and waffle fries smothered in cheese and gravy.'
'That meal alone was probably around 6,000 calories, if not more,' she said.
Back to form: The 23-year-old tweeted a snap of herself post five-mile run looking trim and fit on Friday
It was then she realised she was battling both her body, and her mind.
She said: 'Now it's not about willpower, it's about - there might be something wrong up here [her mind].'
Costa explained she will be a recovering food addict for the rest of her life, and being able to accept her addiction is its own victory.
