She
famously made her fortune from her surgically-enhanced chest, but Katie
Price is intent on making just as big an impact after going under the
knife once again.
The
model-turned-reality TV tycoon stepped out in public on Thursday after
drastically reducing her boobs by five sizes to a C-cup earlier this
month.
Although
her decolletage was covered up thanks to a sparkly grey tracksuit, the
36-year-old looked markedly different, with her slim frame looking even
more petite following her latest image overhaul.

The
mother-of-five had been taking part in a shoot at a photography studio
and looked in high spirits as she left with a full face of make-up.
Katie is believed to have been working on her 2015 calendar, which will see her flaunt her new body in all its glory.
The star recently insisted she decided to go ahead with her seventh boob job in a bid to be 'taken more seriously'.
However,
her new look didn't come without a price - she admitted to being in
agonising pain after her stint on the surgeon's table.

Speaking to new! magazine, she explained: 'I'm so sore, you have no idea.'
She
spoke to the publication after rushing back to work at the beginning of
the month to promote her new fragrance Kissable Fierce, when she
covered up her top half with a huge pair of pink fabric lips.
She
added: 'You've got to have six weeks off work, really, and I'm only
seven days in. But I did a shoot yesterday and at the end of the week
I'm flying out of the UK to do my calendar.
'It'll be a quick turnaround for Christmas but I didn't want to fool my fans with my old boobs.'
But
Katie is more than pleased with the results, which takes her back to a
similar size to when she started off as an au naturel glamour girl in
the 1990s.

The
multi-millionaire - who has been as big as a 32FF - gushed: 'They're
tiny. They're really small. Everyone's like, "You look good, but why did
you go so small?"'
During
her twenty years in the spotlight, Katie has dramatically changed her
appearance, having a nose job, regular Botox injections and full
veneers.
It's not only her image that the star hopes to re-evaluate - she's planning on renewing her vows cheating husband Kieran Hayler.

recovery period

The two almost broke up this year after it was revealed he had cheated on her with her friends Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas.
However,
she took her husband back after giving birth to their second child
together, Bunny Hayler, and she has now sold her Sussex house so they
can have a fresh start.
Speaking to OK!
magazine, she opened up about their festive plans: 'It's not about
Christmas presents this year – it's about Kieran saying his vows again
and sticking to them.
'I'm looking at the day we renew our vows as our real wedding day.'
